Overtime (Time and a Half): M-F before 7:30am – after 4:30pm, Sat, Sun
Double Time: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Travel Charge: TBD outside of area.
Truck Charge: TBD
LABOR RATES
ACR does not warranty parts; only manufacturer warranties
ACR will warranty labor after the last service date for 30 calendar days if a service call qualifies as a Call Back*.
*Call Backs are determined when a technician arrives on site to assess the situation. If the
current issue has occurred more than once on the same piece of equipment after a previous fix within the 30 day period, ACR will cover the current (call back) labor cost of diagnostics. Parts and supplies will
be an extra charge depending on type of assessment.
