Meet Shelby and Shannon Gray, the proud owners of All Climate Refrigeration! Shelby worked as a skilled technician for many years prior to meeting Shannon, working towards a dream of running his own company. After growing a life together, built on love, trust, and integrity, they opened their HVAC company. All Climate Refrigeration was established in 2001 when the couple decided to take a leap of faith in owning their own business. They dedicated their lives to building a successful company. Shelby and Shannon continue to grow their company with love, support for their employees, and the help of God. With the opening of All Climate, the couple has been able to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand, a Non-Profit Organization for children fighting cancer and many other charitable acts. We are all proud to call them our fearless leaders!
